At PipWoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are carefully handcrafted, and we offer a simple return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines:
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. ( The 14-day return period begins from the day you receive the product, not from the date of purchase. )
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. How to Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@pipwoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and PipWoo does not cover any costs for the return.
4. No Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
